Sprint Communications, Inc., a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Sprint Corporation has a direct 95.06% ownership interest and an indirect 4.94% ownership interest in SCCLP through Utelcom LLC, a direct wholly owned subsidiary of Sprint Communications, Inc. In a planned corporate reorganization, on December 31, 2021, Sprint Corporation will be converted from a Delaware corporation to a Delaware limited liability company and Sprint Communications, Inc. will be converted from a Kansas corporation to a Kansas limited liability company.
