SAT-MOD-20200909-00106 E S2422 Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession Modification Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/10/2021 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On March 10, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat, as debtor-in-possession, for modification of Galaxy 12's authorization at the 129.0° W.L. orbital location in order to operate the satellite's beams over new coverage areas, on a seasonal basis, in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20210106-00003 E S2385 Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/05/2021 On March 4, 2021, the Satellite Division granted Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to: (1) perform telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) using the center frequencies of 6420.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 4198.0 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth) in order to drift the Galaxy 14 space station from the 125° W.L. orbital location to the 32.9° E.L. orbital location; and (2) to provide fixed-satellite service via Galaxy 14 at the 32.9° E.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/11/2021 On March 11, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority, for a period of 30 days, to Sirius XM Radio Inc. to: (1) continue to conduct in-orbit testing (IOT) of the SXM-7 space station at the 120.5° W.L. orbital location rather than the 120.0° W.L. orbital location; (2) continue to conduct IOT in the 2315-2320 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 2345-2350 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, in addition to the 2320-2345 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 7025-7075 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands previously authorized for operations with SXM-7; and (3) perform telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) operations necessary to maintain SXM-7 at the 120.5° W.L. orbital location and drift SXM-7 to 115.25° W.L. upon completion of IOT.
