Pleading Cycle Established for Petitions for Reconsideration of the Call Authentication Trust Anchor Second Report and Order, Public Notice, DA 21-12 (WCB Jan. 5, 2021) (CTIA and VON Petitions Public Notice). Under the Commission’s rules, oppositions to petitions for reconsideration must be filed within 15 days after the date of publication in the Federal Register and replies to the oppositions must be filed within 10 days after the time for filing oppositions has expired. 47 CFR § 1.429(f), (g). Accordingly, oppositions to CTIA and VON’s petitions must be filed on or before January 29, 2021, and replies to the oppositions must be filed on or before February 8, 2021.
