Federal Communications Commission DA 19-792 DA 21-66 January 15, 2021 TECHNICAL GUIDE ON SINGLE-ROUND BIDDING PROCEDURES AVAILABLE FOR AUCTION 108 (2.5 GHz) AU Docket No. 20-429 The Office of Economics and Analytics (OEA) and the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) make available a guide that provides technical and mathematical detail regarding proposed bidding procedures for Auction 108 under a single-round format. Auction 108 will offer flexible-use, geographic overlay licenses in the 2.5 GHz band. This guide provides examples and serves as a supplement to the bidding and bid processing procedures for the single-round auction format on which the Commission seeks comment in the Auction 108 Comment Public Notice.
