 specifications of its currently authorized satellites, including the addition of a propulsion system.  Swarm is authorized to operate using portions
 of the 137-138 MHz and 148-149.5 MHz frequency bands authorized in IBFS File No. SAT-LOA-20181221-00094 (granted in DA 19-1044 on
 Oct. 17, 2019).  This grant defers action on additional requests in its modification and amendment to this modification, see IBFS File No.
 SAT-AMD-20200504-00041.

 On July 1, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, for special
 temporary authority for an additional period of 180 days to continue to operate Galaxy 11's Ku-band beams at 93.1° W.L. over a new coverage
 area in the 10.95-11.2 GHz and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
