 On July 15, 2021, the Satellite Division granted-in-part, with conditions, special temporary authority (STA) to Capella Space Corp., for the
 non-geostationary orbit Capella-6 satellite for operations with a single earth station in the 9400-9900 MHz frequency band (Earth-to-space) for a
 period of up to 30 days to radiometrically calibrate radar measurements.  The Satellite Division dismissed the portion of the STA request for the
 Capella-5 satellite, as authority was granted for those operations in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20210512-00067.

 On July 15, 2021, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to R2 Space, Inc., to
 continue to operate the XR-1 non-geostationary orbit satellite using a telecommand uplink channel at 2086.836-2086.964 MHz (Earth-to-space).

The following corrects and replaces the informative notice for this filing released June 25, 2021, in DA 21-748:

Intelsat License LLC, debtor-in-possession, has filed first-step application information, for a two-step space station license application,
pursuant to section 25.110(b)(3) of the Commission's rules.  Accordingly, the Satellite Division has submitted requests for coordination of
the USABSS-50, USASAT-85A, and USASAT-101G satellite networks to the International Telecommunication Union.  The proposed
geostationary space station would operate at the 137° W.L. orbital location in the following frequency bands:  10.7-12.75 GHz, 13-14.75
GHz, 17.3-20.2 GHz, 27.5-30 GHz, 37.5-43.5 GHz, 47.2-50.2 GHz and 50.4-52.4 GHz.  Pursuant to section 25.165(f) of the Commission's
rules, Intelsat must obtain a surety bond in the amount of $500,000 in connection with its first-step filing and submit a copy of the bond to
the Commission by August 16, 2021.
