	On June 25, 2021, the Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB or the Bureau) of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) released a  Public Notice Consumer and Governmental Affairs Bureau Seeks Comment on Request for Freeze of IP CTS Compensation Level, CG Docket Nos. 03-123 and 13-24, Public Notice, DA 21-753 (2021). 
 seeking comment on a request by six of the seven currently certified providers of Internet Protocol (IP) Captioned Telephone Service (IP CTS) to defer the reduction in the level of Telecommunications Relay Service (TRS) Fund support for IP CTS previously ordered by the Commission.   Comments on this request are due 15 days after publication in the Federal Register, and reply comments are due 25 days after such publication.

	On July 15, 2021, a summary of the Public Notice was published in the Federal Register. FCC, Comment Sought on Request for Freeze of IP CTS Compensation Level, 86 Fed. Reg. 37328 (July 15, 2021). 
  Accordingly, the deadline for filing comments is July 30, 2021, and the deadline for filing reply comments is August 9, 2021.
