DA 22-1023 Released: September 28, 2022 Fiscal Year 2022 Regulatory Fee Filing Deadline is Extended to Friday, September 30, 2022, for All Regulatory Fee Payors We extend the Fiscal Year (FY) 2022 regulatory fee filing deadline for all entities that are required to pay annual regulatory fees (regulatory fee payors). Hurricane Ian may cause significant damage within its path, including storm surge, wind damage, and flooding. According to forecasts, it may cause substantial damage to the communications network, resulting in service disruptions and outages throughout areas in Florida. The Commission is mindful of the effect of this hurricane on regulatory fee payors located in affected areas. Additionally, we are aware of other technical challenges entities are currently facing in paying their regulatory fees. For these reasons, the Commission is therefore extending the FY 2022 regulatory fee deadline date for all regulatory fee payors from 11:59 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, on September 28, 2022, to 11:59 PM, Eastern Daylight Time, on September 30, 2022. The regulatory fee filing deadline was previously extended to September 30, 2022 for regulatees in Puerto Rico affected by Hurricane Fiona. See Fiscal Year 2022 Regulatory Fee Filing Deadline for Those Regulatees Affected by Hurricane Fiona is Extended to Friday, September 30, 2022, Public Notice, DA 22-986 (rel. Sept. 20, 2022).
