In an associated Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM), the Commission seeks comment on whether reports submitted pursuant to the MDRI would benefit from standardization, and what it should entail. The FNPRM set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after publication of a summary of the FNPRM in the Federal Register.
