Amendment of Part 11 of the Commission’s Rules Regarding the Emergency Alert System, PS Docket No. 15-94, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking and Notice of Inquiry, FCC 21-125 (Dec. 14, 2021). The NPRM set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 45 days, respectively, after publication of a summary of the NPRM in the Federal Register. NPRM and NOI at 1.
