The Notice, which seeks comment on reforms to VRS rules governing communications assistants and international calling, set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 days and 60 days after publication in the Federal Register. See id. at 1. On December 8, 2022, the Federal Register published a summary of the Notice, establishing January 9, 2023, as the comment deadline and February 6, 2023, as the reply comment deadline.
