INTRODUCTION 1. On October 18, 2021, DISH Network L.L.C. (DISH) filed a retransmission consent complaint alleging that TEGNA Inc. (TEGNA) violated its duty to negotiate retransmission consent in good faith. DISH Network L.L.C., Verified Retransmission Consent Complaint, MB Docket No. 21-413 (Oct. 18, 2021) (Complaint). In response, TEGNA filed an Answer and Cross-Complaint alleging that DISH itself failed to negotiate retransmission consent in good faith. TEGNA Inc., Answer and Cross-Complaint, MB Docket No. 21-413 (filed Nov. 5, 2021). On February 8, 2022, DISH filed a request that the Commission dismiss with prejudice the Complaint, given that the parties “have resolved their dispute and signed a retransmission consent agreement.” DISH Network L.L.C., Request for Dismissal of Pleadings and Termination of Proceeding, MB Docket No. 21-413 (Feb. 8, 2022). On the same date, TEGNA filed a request that the Commission dismiss with prejudice its Cross-Complaint. Accordingly, DISH Network L.L.C.’s dismissal request IS GRANTED and the Complaint IS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 3. Further, TEGNA Inc.’s dismissal request IS GRANTED and the Cross-Complaint IS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. 4.
