The two satellites were previously authorized for construction, deployment and operation. See DA 21-1592 (date). Intelsat is authorized to provide fixed-satellite service via Galaxy 14 at 32.9° E.L. in an inclined orbit using the following frequency bands: 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 4198.0 MHz and 4199.875 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6420.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).
