The T9S space station operates from the 101.2° W.L. orbital location, and uses the following frequencies: 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) for direct broadcast satellite service, and 18.3-18.8 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 28.35-28.6 GHz, 29.25-29.5 GHz, and 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) for fixed-satellite service. Telemetry, tracking, and command is performed using the 12.6955 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.7950 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies. Specifically, the Division granted special temporary authority for Intelsat to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift Intelsat 5 from the 137.0° E.L. orbital location to the 166.15° E.L. orbital location. SAT-STA-20220215-00017 E S2154 Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 02/24/2022 On February 24, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for an additional period of 60 days to Intelsat License LLC, as debtor-in-possession, for the Galaxy 25 satellite to provide fixed-satellite service at the 66.13° E.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz, 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. The grant also provides 60 days of special temporary authority for Galaxy 25 to use the following TT&C center frequencies: 4195.5 MHz, 4199.5 MHz, 11702 MHz, 12198 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 5926.5 MHz, and 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).
