The Applicants filed supplemental information on August 17, 2021. BIG and UNN are both owned and controlled by the Government of Brunei Darussalam. The direct ownership of both entities is by Darussalam Assets Sdn Bhd, a statutory body owned by the Minister for Finance Corporation, which is incorporated under the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam. TO: AMCS, LLC On December 28, 2021, a notification was filed concerning the pro forma assignment of the interests held in the Jupiter cable system (SCL-LIC-20180517-00012) by Amazon Data Services, Inc. (ADSI) to AMCS LLC (AMCS ), effective December 1, 2021. The Applicants filed supplemental information on February 16, 2022. As a result of the pro forma assignment, AMCS holds participation and voting interests in the Main Trunk of the Jupitersystem, as described in the application. The Applicants state that "[n]either ADSI nor AMCS (i) participates in, or holds any capacity on, the Philippines or Oregon branches; or (ii) has an ownership interest in the Japanese, Philippines, or U.S. cable landing stations."
