PUBLIC SAFETY AND HOMELAND SECURITY BUREAU ANNOUNCES 
COMMENT AND REPLY COMMENT DATES FOR THE NOTICE OF INQUIRY ON SECURE INTERNET ROUTING

	On February 28, 2022, the Federal Communications Commission adopted a Notice of Inquiry seeking comment on Secure Internet Routing. Secure Internet Routing, PS Docket No. 22-90, Notice of Inquiry, FCC 22-18 (Feb. 28, 2022) (Notice). 
  The Notice seeks comment on potential vulnerabilities threatening the security and integrity of the Border Gateway Protocol, and how best to address them. See id. at 5-8, paras. 8-19.
  The Notice set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after publication of a summary of the Notice in the Federal Register. See id. at 1.
  
On March 11, 2022, the Office of the Federal Register published a summary of the Notice, including the associated comment and reply comment dates. Federal Communications Commission, Secure Internet Routing, 87 FR 14006 (Mar. 11, 2022). 
  Accordingly, comments must be filed on or before April 11, 2022, and reply comments must be filed on or before May 10, 2022.  The Notice contains the comment filing instructions. Notice at 9, paras. 21-22.
