SAT-STA-20220323-00033 E S2423 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 04/01/2022 On April 1, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for an additional period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC to operate Horizons 2 at the 84.85º E.L. orbital location. The Horizons 2 space station operates at 84.85º E.L. in the communications frequencies of 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space).
