 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service

 Embratel has surrendered its grant of U.S. market access for the Star One C4 satellite operating at the 70° W.L. orbital location in the 10.95-11.2
 GHz, 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.0 GHz, 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.  Letter from Alfred M. Mamlet,
 Counsel for Embratel TVSAT Telecomunicacões S.A. to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, dated March 31,
 2022.  These frequencies at the 70° W.L. orbital location are now available for reassignment effective 2:00 pm EDT on Tuesday, April 12, 2022
 pursuant to the Commission's first-come, first-served licensing process. Applicants may file applications for new space stations, market access by
 non-U.S. licensed space stations, modifications to licensed space stations, or amendments to pending applications that take this surrender into
 account. Applications for the spectrum filed prior to this date and time will be dismissed as premature without prejudice to refiling.

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                      Effective Date: 04/01/2022


 On April 1, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC, for special temporary authority for an
 additional period of 180 days to continue to operate one of the Ku-band beams of the Intelsat 1R space station at the 157.1° E.L. orbital location
 over a new coverage area in the 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                      Effective Date: 04/01/2022


 On April 1, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for an additional period of 30 days to Intelsat
 License LLC to operate Horizons 2 at the 84.85º E.L. orbital location.  The Horizons 2 space station operates at 84.85º E.L. in the
 communications frequencies of 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space).  Horizons 2 conducts telemetry, tracking,
 and command operations using the following center frequencies: 12196.0 MHz; 12198.625 MHz (space-to-Earth), 14000.5 MHz and 14499.5
 MHz (Earth-to-space).
