 Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service

 On April 21, 2022, the Satellite Division authorized ICEYE US, Inc. to construct, deploy, and operate two additional low-Earth orbit,
 non-geostationary orbit (NGSO) satellites in the Earth Exploration Satellite Service (EESS), deployed to an altitude of approximately 550 km, to
 conduct Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) imaging.  ICEYE US is authorized to operate an EESS downlink with a center frequency of 8212.5
 MHz and a bandwidth of 375 MHz and an EESS downlink with a center frequency of 8300 MHz and a bandwidth of 150 MHz, and to conduct
 SAR operations using a center frequency of 9600 MHz and a bandwidth of 600 MHz, and using a center frequency of 9650 MHz and
 bandwidths of 150 MHz, 200 MHz, and 300 MHz.  ICEYE US is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command as follows:
 2277.3 MHz center frequency, bandwidth 3 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 2086.9 MHz center frequency, bandwidth 1.2 MHz (Earth-to-space).
