 On April 28, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Momentus Space LLC for a period of 180 days
 or less to operate the Vigoride-3 (VR-3) spacecraft in order to deploy up to nine customer spacecraft and conduct testing.  The VR-3 will operate
 in the space operations service, using a center frequency of 8200 MHz with a 1 MHz bandwidth (space-to-Earth) for telemetry and tracking, and
 using a center frequency of 2075.0 MHz (Earth-to-space) with a 0.1 bandwidth for command.

 Grant of Authority                                                                      Effective Date: 04/28/2022


 On April 28, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for an additional period of 180 days to Intelsat
 License LLC to operate Intelsat 10 at the 177.8° E.L. orbital location.  The Intelsat 10 space station operates at 177.8° E.L. in the 3700-4200
 MHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz, 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 5925-6425 MHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.  Intelsat
 conducts telemetry, tracking, and command operations with Intelsat 10 using the following center frequencies: 11699.0 MHz, 12747.5 MHz,
 12748.5 MHz, and 12749.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 14000.5 MHz and 14499.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                      Effective Date: 04/28/2022


 On April 28, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of SES Americom for special temporary authority for a period of
 60 days beginning May 1, 2022, to repoint the North and South American beams on the NSS-10 space station.  NSS-10 operates at the 37.45°
 W.L. orbital location and uses the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.  Telemetry, tracking,
 and command is performed using the center frequencies of 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 3700.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth).
