The VR-3 will operate in the space operations service, using a center frequency of 8200 MHz with a 1 MHz bandwidth (space-to-Earth) for telemetry and tracking, and using a center frequency of 2075.0 MHz (Earth-to-space) with a 0.1 bandwidth for command. The Intelsat 10 space station operates at 177.8° E.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz, 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 5925-6425 MHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. NSS-10 operates at the 37.45° W.L. orbital location and uses the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command is performed using the center frequencies of 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 3700.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth).
