On March 16, 2022, the Commission adopted a Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that sought comment on whether further reforms are necessary to provide regulatory certainty with regard to pole replacements, particularly with regard to the allocation of costs for pole replacements.   The Second Further Notice set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 60 and 90 days after the date of publication of a summary of the Second Further Notice in the Federal Register. Id. at 1. 
  
The Federal Register published a summary of the Second Further Notice on April 28, 2022.   Accordingly, comments are due on or before June 27, 2022, and reply comments are due on or before July 27, 2022.
