 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service

 On May 3, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Avanti Hylas 2 Ltd. for U.S. market access for the HYLAS-4
 space station at the 33.5º W.L. orbital location.  HYLAS-4 is licensed by the United Kingdom and will provide fixed-satellite service in the
 29.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands.  The Satellite Division also granted Avanti's request to add
 the HYLAS-4 to the Permitted Space Station List.

 On May 5, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, for Intelsat License LLC
 to operate Horizons 2 at the 84.85º E.L. orbital location.  The Horizons 2 space station operates at 84.85º E.L. in the 11.7-12.2 GHz
 (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.  Horizons 2 conducts telemetry, tracking, and command operations using
 the following center frequencies: 12196.0 MHz; 12198.625 MHz (space-to-Earth), 14000.5 MHz and 14499.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).
