Notification Pursuant to section 63.11 of the Commission's rules, Singapore Telecom USA, Inc. (SingTel USA) has notified the Commission of its affiliation with Amaysim Mobile Pty Ltd. (Amaysim). 47 CFR 63.11. According to SingTel USA, Amaysim has a less than 50% market share in Australia and thus SingTel USA qualifies to be classified as non-dominant on the U.S.-Australia route under section 63.10 of the Commission's rules. 47 CFR § 63.10.
