 On May 26, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to
 operate Intelsat 16's Ku-band beam over a new coverage area in the fixed-satellite service, using the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and
 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 76.2º W.L. orbital location.
