 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service

 On June 9, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of SES Americom, Inc. for modification of its license for the
 NSS-10 space station to authorize repointing of the North and South American beams and adjustment of the pointing of those beams on a limited
 basis to accommodate future customer needs.  NSS-10 operates in the fixed-satellite service at the 37.45° W.L. orbital location and uses the
 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies.  Telemetry, tracking, and command is performed using the
 following center frequencies: 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 3700.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth).

 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service

 On June 9, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, modification of the grant of market access for the SES Americom Inc.
 Gibraltar-licensed NSS-11 space station to reflect reorientation of the Ku-band beams.  NSS-11 operates in the fixed-satellite service from the
 176° E.L. orbital location using the 12.25-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies.  Telemetry, tracking, and
 command is performed using the following center frequencies: 14498.0 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 12250.5 MHz, 12251.5 MHz, and 12749.5
 MHz (space-to-Earth).
