See Amendment of Parts 73 and 74 of the Commission’s Rules to Establish Rules for Digital Low Power Television and Television Translator Stations, Fifth Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 22-40 (rel. June 7, 2022) (NPRM). The Commission set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 45 days, respectively, after publication of the NPRM in the Federal Register. Id. at 1. The summary of the NPRM was published in the Federal Register on June 17, 2022. 87 FR 36440 (6/17/22). Accordingly, comments will be due on or before July 18, 2022, Because the 30th day after the date the summary was published in the Federal Register is Sunday, July 17, 2022, the deadline for filing comments is the next business day, Monday, July 18, 2022.
