 Grant of Authority                                                                      Effective Date: 06/30/2022


 On June 29, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days for Intelsat License LLC to
 conduct telemetry, tracking, and command (TT&C) operations necessary to drift the Galaxy 3C satellite from the 95.05° W.L. orbital location to
 the 94.85° W.L. orbital location and for Galaxy 3C to provide fixed-satellite service during drift to and following relocation at the 94.85° W.L.
 orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz, 11.45-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 5925-6425 MHz and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
 frequency bands.  Galaxy 3C operates TT&C using the following center frequencies: 11702 MHz, 11703 MHz, 11704 MHz, and 12199 MHz
 (space-to-Earth), and 13753 MHz and 14001 MHz (Earth-to-space).

on June 21, 2022, the Satellite Division reconsidered its earlier dismissal of this application, as amended, and returned the application to
pending status.
