 Grant of Authority                                                                      Effective Date: 07/13/2022


 On July 13, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Momentus Space LLC for special temporary authority for a
 period of up to 30 days to operate telemetry, tracking, and command with the non-geostationary orbit Vigoride-3 (VR-3) spacecraft using an
 uplink centered at 2067.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) and a downlink centered at 8250 MHz (space-to-Earth). This grant of special temporary
 authority also includes authority to operate with the frequencies previously authorized in SAT-STA-20211216-00195 (granted April 28, 2022).
