1. On May 16, 2018, the Media Bureau released a Memorandum Opinion and Order in the above-captioned docket. Gray Television Licensee, LLC, For Modification of the Television Market, For WYMT-TV, Hazard, Kentucky, MB Docket No. 18-8, Memorandum Opinion and Order, 33 FCC Rcd 4889 (MB 2018) (denying Gray’s market modification petition) (MO&O). 
  On June 15, 2018, Gray Television Licensee, LLC (Gray) filed an Application for Review of the Memorandum Opinion and Order. Application for Review of Gray Television Licensee, LLC, MB Docket No. 18-8 (filed Jun. 15, 2018).

2. Gray has requested that the Bureau dismiss its petition. Letter from Robert J. Folliard, III, Assistant Secretary, Gray Television Licensee, LLC, to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC, MB Docket No. 18-8 (dated Dec. 15, 2021) (Gray Letter).
  Therefore, we are dismissing the petition.
3. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the Gray Application for Review filed in this docket IS DISMISSED.
