SAT-STA-20220721-00072 E S2381 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/11/2022 On August 11, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC in order for Galaxy 3C to provide fixed-satellite service at the 94.85° W.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz, 11.45-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Galaxy 3C operates telemetry, tracking and command using the following center frequencies: 11702 MHz, 11703 MHz, 11704 MHz, and 12199 MHz (space-to-Earth), 13753 MHz and 14001 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20220725-00073 E Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 08/11/2022 On August 11, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for an additional period of 30-days, to continue to operate Intelsat 16's Ku-band beam over a new coverage area in the fixed-satellite service, using the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands at the 76.2º W.L. orbital location. The Satellite Division has determined that SES-17 S.à.r.l. has met the launch and begin operations milestone associated with its grant of market access for the SES-17 space station at 67.1° W.L. (Call Sign S3043) and may release the bond associated with this space station, as provided in the Comprehensive Review of Licensing and Operating Rules for Satellite Services, Second Report and Order, 30 FCC Rcd 14713 (2015).
