 On August 25, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC for special temporary authority for an
 additional period of 180 days to continue to operate Galaxy 11's Ku-band beams at the 93.1° W.L. orbital location over a new coverage area in
 the 10.95-11.2 GHz and 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

 On August 18, 2022, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to Intelsat License LLC
 to conduct telemetry, tracking and command communications with Galaxy 15 outside of its authorized +/- 0.05º east-west station keeping box at
 the 133.0º W.L. orbital location.

Embratel TVSAT Telecomunicacoes S.A has surrendered its grant of U.S. market access for the Star One C1 satellite operating at the 65°
W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. See Letter from Alfred M. Mamlet, Counsel for Embratel TVSAT Telecomunicacoes S.A. to
Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, dated March 16, 2022.  Embratel's Star One C2 satellite is
authorized to operate at 65° W.L. using the 11.7-12.2 GHz and 14.0-14.5 GHz bands (SAT-MPL-20210824-00108) therefore, the
3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequencies at the 65° W.L. orbital location are now available for
reassignment effective 2:00 pm EDT on Tuesday, August 30, 2022 pursuant to the Commission's first-come, first-served licensing process.
Applicants may file applications for new space stations, market access by non-U.S. licensed space stations, modifications to licensed space
stations, or amendments to pending applications that take this surrender into account. Applications for the spectrum filed prior to this date
and time will be dismissed as premature without prejudice to refiling.   Filers should note that operations in C-band frequencies will be
subject to the 3.7-4.2 GHz Report and Order, FCC 20-22, 35 FCC Rcd 2343 (2020).
