CORRECTIONS SAT-MOD-20220819-00089 S3098 SES Americom, Inc. This public notice corrects the September 9, 2022 informative notice for the above-referenced file number. On August 19, 2022, SES Americom, Inc. notified the Commission of its intent to locate its SES-20 space station at the 103.05º W.L. orbital location instead of the 135° W.L. orbital location. SES states that it will operate within the technical parameters currently licensed and coordinated for SES-21 at its currently assigned orbital location of 103.05º W.L., and in compliance with all of the conditions currently imposed on the operation of SES-20. SES filed its notification pursuant to section 25.118(e) of the Commission's rules and included the certifications set forth under that section. See also IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20220819-00089. INFORMATIVE SAT-APL-20210112-00007 S2963 WorldVu Satellites Limited See IBFS File No. SAT-MPL-20200526-00062 for a description of the modified referral. SAT-MPL-20200526-00062 S2963 WorldVu Satellites Limited On March 18, 2022, the Satellite Division accepted for filing the above-referenced petition of WorldVu Satellites Limited, as amended, and noted that the petition was being referred to the relevant Executive Branch agencies for their views on any national security, law enforcement, foreign policy or trade policy concerns related to the potential for routing of U.S. traffic outside the United States through inter-satellite links without the use of a gateway earth station located in the United States. Public Notice, Report No. SAT-01618. Subsequently, WorldVu requested expedited, partial grant of the petition in order to access the U.S. market with a modified orbital architecture in two orbital planes using space stations that have already been launched and do not include inter-satellite links. See Letter from Douglas A. Svor, Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP, counsel to WorldVu Satellites Limited, to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC (dated Sept. 14, 2022). We modify the referral to the relevant Executive Branch agencies to exclude the space stations involved in WorldVu's request for partial grant, which do not raise the concern that was the basis for the referral.
