PUBLIC FILE DATES FOR BROADCAST LICENSEES AFFECTED
BY HURRICANE FIONA EXTENDED TO MONDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2022
Due to damage associated with Hurricane Fiona caused to broadcasters in Puerto Rico, for these stations, the Media Bureau extends the October 11, 2022 deadline for placing material covering the previous calendar quarter in their public inspection file to November 14, 2022.  See 47 CFR § 73.3526(e) or 47 CFR § 73.3527(e).  Similarly, for these stations, the deadline to place their EEO public file in their public inspection file is extended to November 14, 2022.  See 47 CFR § 73.2080(c)(6).
