FOR NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING REGARDING SAFE CONNECTIONS FOR SURVIVORS OF DOMESTIC AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE

	By this Public Notice, the Wireline Competition Bureau announces that comments in response to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) regarding safe connections for survivors of domestic and sexual violence are due no later than April 12, 2023, and reply comments are due no later than May 12, 2023. Supporting Survivors of Domestic and Sexual Violence et al., WC Docket No. 22-238 et al., Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 23-9 (rel. Feb. 17, 2023) (NPRM).  
  
	The NPRM set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after a summary of the item is published in the Federal Register. Id. 
  The Federal Register published that summary on March 13, 2023. Supporting Survivors of Domestic and Sexual Violence et al, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, 88 Fed. Reg. 15558 (Mar. 13, 2023) (Federal Register Notice).
