WIRELESS TELECOMMUNICATIONS BUREAU ANNOUNCES COMMENT DATE ON PROCEDURES FOR FILING OF PHASE II CERTIFICATIONS OF ACCELERATED RELOCATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMMISSION’S INCREMENTAL REDUCTION PLAN FOR PHASE II ACCELERATED RELOCATION PAYMENTS

	On March 13, 2023, the Wireless Telecommunication Bureau issued a Public Notice seeking comment on its proposed procedures for filing of Phase II Certifications of Accelerated Relocation and its implementation of the Commission’s Incremental Reduction Plan for Phase II Accelerated Relocation Payments relating to the ongoing transition of the 3.7 GHz band (Phase II Certification Procedures and Incremental Reduction Comment PN). Wireless Telecommunications Bureau Seeks Comment on C-Band Phase II Certification of Accelerated Relocation Procedures and Implementation of the Commission’s Incremental Reduction Plan for Phase II Accelerated Relocation Payments, GN Docket Nos. 18-122 and 23-97, Public Notice, DA 23-204 (WTB 2023) (Phase II Certification Procedures and Incremental Reduction Comment PN); see Expanding Flexible Use of the 3.7 to 4.2 GHz Band, Report and Order and Proposed Modification, 35 FCC Rcd 2343, 2456-57, paras. 297-300 (2020) (3.7 GHz Report and Order).
  The Phase II Certification Procedures and Incremental Reduction Comment PN set a comment deadline of thirty (30) days after publication in the Federal Register and set forth the requisite comment filing instructions. Phase II Certification Procedures and Incremental Reduction Comment PN.
  On March 21, 2023, the Office of the Federal Register published a summary of the Phase II Certification Procedures and Incremental Reduction Comment PN, thereby establishing the associated comment date.   Accordingly, comments must be filed in GN Docket No. 23-97 on or before April 20, 2023.
