 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                           Effective Date: 06/01/2023


 On June 1, 2023, the Satellite Programs and Policy Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC for a
 period of up to 30 days for the Intelsat 40e space station to provide fixed-satellite service in the 18.8-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 28.6-29.1
 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands from the 91.0° W.L. orbital location.
