FOR NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING
REGARDING DATA BREACH REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

	By this Public Notice, the Wireline Competition Bureau announces that comments in response to the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) regarding data breach reporting requirements are due no later than February 22, 2023, and reply comments are due no later than March 24, 2023. Data Breach Reporting Requirements, WC Docket No. 22-21, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 22-102 (rel. Jan. 6, 2023) (NPRM).  
  
	The NPRM set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after a summary of the item is published in the Federal Register. Id. 
  The Federal Register published that summary on January 23, 2023. Data Breach Reporting Requirements, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, 88 Fed. Reg. 3953 (Jan. 23, 2023) (Federal Register Notice).
