Facilitating Implementation of Next Generation 911 Services (NG911), PS Docket No. 21-479, Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 23-47, 2023 WL 3946685 (June 8, 2023), https://www.fcc.gov/document/fcc-proposes-action-expedite-transition-next-generation-911-0 (Notice). The Notice set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after publication of a summary of the Notice in the Federal Register. Notice at *1. On July 10, 2023, the Office of the Federal Register published a summary of the Notice, including the associated comment and reply comment dates. See 88 Fed. Reg. 43514 (July 10, 2023). Accordingly, comments must be filed on or before August 9, 2023, and reply comments must be filed on or before September 8, 2023. The Notice contains the comment filing instructions.
