Federal Communications Commission "FCC/DA XX-XXX" DA-23-691 Released: August 11, 2023 FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION PROVIDES 24/7 EMERGENCY CONTACT INFORMATION RELATED TO THE WILDFIRES IN HAWAII The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is available to address emergency communications needs 24 hours a day, including throughout the weekend, especially relating to the effects of the wildfires in Hawaii. In light of the coming weekend, the Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau reminds emergency communications providers, including broadcasters, cable service providers, wireless and wireline service providers, satellite service providers, emergency response managers and first responders, and others needing assistance to initiate, resume, or maintain communications operations to contact the FCC Operations Center for assistance at 202-418-1122 or by e-mail at FCCOPS@fcc.gov. 2
