On April 2, 2024, the Commission released a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in its proceeding to modernize and revise its rules by permitting limited, voluntary program origination on FM booster stations. Amendment of Section 74.1231(i) of the Commission’s Rules on FM Broadcast Booster Stations, Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, MB Docket Nos. 21-401, 17-105, FCC 24-35 (rel. Apr. 2, 2024) (FNPRM).
  The FNPRM set deadlines for filing comments and reply comments at 30 and 60 days, respectively, after publication of the FNPRM in the Federal Register.	 See id. at 1.


	By this Public Notice, the Media Bureau announces that the FNPRM was published in the Federal
Register on April 16, 2024.	 89 Fed. Reg. 26847 (Apr. 16, 2024).
  Comments must be submitted no later than May 16, 2024.  Reply Comments must be submitted no later than June 17, 2024.  Commenters should follow the filing instructions provided in paragraph 97 of the FNPRM.	 FNPRM at 39, para. 97.
