 On June 5, 2025, the Satellite Programs and Policy Division granted, with conditions, the petition of Spacing Guild UK Limited for U.S. market
 access by the AstranisAero East space station and to add the space station to the Permitted Space Station List in the conventional Ku-band.
 AstranisAero East is licensed by the United Kingdom, and will operate at the 83.1° W.L. orbital location using the 10.95-11.20 GHz and
 11.45-12.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) bands.

 conduct feeder link operations in the 2200-2290 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space) bands with certain earth stations
 for a period of up to 30 days.
