On December 30, 2025, Redeia Sistemas de Telecomunicaciones S.A.U. reached an agreement to sell its 
89.68% controlling interest in Hispasat, S.A., to Indra Space S.L.U., a wholly owned subsidiary of Indra 
Sistemas, S.A., which is a Spanish company.
 
On February 13, 2026, pursuant to Section 25.137(g) of the Commission's rules, the Satellite Programs 
and Policy Division sought comment on whether this transaction affects any of the considerations relied 
upon when the HISPASAT 30W-6, AMAZONAS-3, and AMAZONAS NEXUS space stations were 
granted U. S. market entry. See Public Notice, Report No. SAT-01974. No comments were filed. After 
review, the Division has determined that the transaction does not affect any of the considerations relied 
upon when the space stations were granted U. S. market entry.
