ORDER

By the Chief, Policy Division, Media Bureau:

1. On April 18, 2026, Gray Local Media, Inc. (Gray), owner of Gray Television Licensee, LLC, licensee of WVLT-TV, Knoxville, TN, filed a complaint against DISH Network L.L.C., alleging unauthorized retransmission of WVLT-TV. Gray Local Media, Inc. v. DISH Network L.L.C, Retransmission Consent Complaint Concerning WVLT-TV, Knoxville, TN, et al., CSR-9024-C, MB Docket No. 26-88 (Apr. 18, 2026) (Complaint).
  On May 4, 2026, Gray filed a request that the Commission dismiss with prejudice the Complaint, indicating that the parties have settled the dispute. Gray Local Media, Inc., Gray Dismissal Request, CSR-9024-C, MB Docket No. 26-88 (May 4, 2026).
  In view of the foregoing, we grant Gray’s request.
2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that Gray Local Media, Inc.’s dismissal request IS GRANTED and the Complaint IS DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, and that this proceeding IS TERMINATED and the docket is closed.
3. This action is taken pursuant to authority delegated by section 0.283 of the Commission’s rules. 47 CFR § 0.283.
