The Satellite Programs and Policy Division clarifies the public notice for the above-captioned 
application to correct an error in the frequency list.  This correction does not change the comment 
deadline.
 
Vast, Inc. requests authority to deploy and operate a single-module, habitable spacecraft, Haven-1.  
Haven-1 will operate in a non-geostationary orbit at an inclination between 34.05 and 34.35 degrees 
with an altitude between 360 km and 415 km.
 
Vast seeks authority to operate in the following frequencies:

   • 2025-2110 MHz (Earth-to-space) (TT&C)
   • 2200-2290 MHz (space-to-Earth)
   • 1626.5-1660.5 MHz and 1525-1559 MHz (space-to-space)
   • 2400-2483.5 MHz and 5150-5850 MHz (intra-spacecraft communications)

 
Vast requests waivers of the following Commission rules:

   • 1.49(a) and 25.114(c)
   • 2.102(a) and 2.106
   • 25.156(d) and 25.157(c)
   • 25.165(a)
