By this Order, the Chiefs of the Office of Engineering and Technology and Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (the Bureaus) direct the Laboratory Division to withdraw the letters setting aside the grants of equipment authorization of Luminys Systems Corporation (Luminys). 2. On February 13, 2025, the Bureaus issued an order directing Luminys to show cause as to why the Commission should not revoke equipment authorizations held by Luminys for FCC ID 2BHIITG113A on the basis of false statements or representations made in the applications for those equipment authorizations that the equipment is not prohibited from receiving an equipment authorization pursuant to section 2.903 of the Commission’s rules. Luminys provided a timely response to the Order to Show Cause on February 21, 2025. The Bureaus subsequently issued a Second Order to Show Cause on the basis that the equipment at issue appeared to be produced by an affiliate of an entity named on the Covered List. Luminys timely responded to that Second Order to Show Cause on June 16, 2025. On January 6, 2026, Luminys filed a supplemental response to the Second Order to Show Cause, Luminys Systems Corporation, ET Docket No. 25-85, Supplemental Response of Luminys Systems Corporation to Second Order to Show Cause (filed Jan. 6, 2026). where Luminys stated that: as of December 31, 2025, Dahua USA has been formally dissolved as a legal entity. Dahua USA filed its Certificate of Dissolution with the California Secretary of State on December 17, 2025, and a copy of the filing is attached as Exhibit A. In addition, Luminys has completed the transitional sale of all “Dahua”-branded products produced by Zhejiang Dahua (and its affiliates or subsidiaries). Luminys confirms that it will not, after December 31, 2025, fulfill any orders for “Dahua”-branded products. Id. at 2. 4. Luminys further requested that the Commission direct the Laboratory Division to withdraw the letters setting aside Luminys’s grants of equipment authorization. We conclude that Luminys is not an entity identified on the Covered List and that equipment produced by Luminys is not currently prohibited from receiving an equipment authorization pursuant to section 2.903 of the Commission’s rules. Id. 5. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to the authority contained in sections 4(i) and 4(j) of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. §§ 154(i) and 154(j), and sections 0.241(b) and 0.392 of the Commission’s rules, 47 CFR §§ 0.241(b) and 0.392, that the Laboratory Division’s letters setting aside Luminys’s grants of equipment authorization are WITHDRAWN and the above-captioned proceeding is TERMINATED. 6.
