Camelot’s initial STA (SCL-STA-20251201-00081) expired on June 20, 2026. Camelot acknowledges that the grant of the requested STA extension will not prejudice any action the Commission may take on the renewal application and that an STA can be modified or revoked by the Commission upon its own motion without a hearing. Camelot also acknowledges that the continued operation of the cable systems during the STA extension would remain subject to the conditions set forth in the existing cable landing license. Action on this STA extension request is without prejudice to any enforcement action by the Commission for non-compliance with the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, or the Commission's rules. The STA expires on January 4, 2027.
