	By this Public Notice, the Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) seeks comment on the Petition for Conditional Designation of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Telephone Authority (CRSTTA) as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier Petition for Conditional Designation of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Telephone Authority as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier, WC Docket No. 09-197 (filed April 28, 2026), https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/document/10428382324921/1.
.  In its petition, CRSTTA states that it “petitions the Commission for designation as an Eligible Telecommunications Carrier pursuant to Section 214(e)(6) of the Communications Act, conditioned upon and effective as of the relinquishment of CRSTTA's existing ETC designation by the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission.”

	Interested parties may file comments regarding the CRSTTA Petition for Conditional Designation of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe Telephone Authority on or before August 21, 2026.  Replies to comments must be filed within 10 days after a comment is filed, but no later than August 31, 2026.  All filings must reference WC Docket No. 09-197. 

· Electronic Filers:  Comments and replies may be filed using the Commission’s Electronic Comment Filing System (ECFS) at https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings/standard.  
· Paper Filers:  Parties who choose to file by paper must file an original and one copy of each filing.  
o Filings can be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial courier, or by the U.S. Postal Service mail.  All filings must be addressed to the Commission’s Secretary, Office of the Secretary, Federal Communications Commission.
o All hand-delivered or messenger-delivered paper filings for the Commission’s Secretary are accepted between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. by the FCC’s mailing contractor at 9050 Junction Drive, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701.  All hand deliveries must be held together with rubber bands or fasteners.  Any envelopes and boxes must be disposed of before entering the building.  
o Commercial courier deliveries (any deliveries not by the U.S. Postal Service) must be sent to 9050 Junction Drive, Annapolis Junction, MD 20701.
o U.S. Postal Service First-Class Mail, Priority Mail, and Priority Mail Express must be sent to 45 L St. NE, Washington, DC 20554.
