On October 3. 1989, AT&T Communications (AT&TJ filed the above-captioned complaint alleging that defendant"s rates for 1988 were unjust and unreasonable in violation of 47 U.S.C. § 20l(b). AT&T maintained defendants had overstated their interstate revenue require­ ments. On January 10. 1992. the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss rhe complaint. They state that all claims in the action have been compromised and settled between the parties. 2. We are satisfied that dismissal of the complaint will serve the public interest by eliminating the expenditure of further time and resources of the parties and of this Commission. 3. Accordingly. IT IS ORDERED. pursuant to Section 4(i) of the Communications Act of 1934. as amended. 47 U.S.C. § 154(i). and authority delegated under 47 C.F.R. § 0.291. that the request for dismissal of the above-cap­ tioned complaint IS GRANTED. 4.
