1. On July 10, 1987, Warner Cable Communications 
Inc., filed the above-captioned complaint pursuant to Sec­
tion 224 of the Communications Act, 47 U.S.C. § 224, 
seeking a Commission determination that Gulf Power 
Company was charging pole attachment rates in excess of 
the maximum lawful rate. 
2. On January 10, 1992, counsel for the complainant 
requested that its complaint be dismissed. 
3. We are satisfied that dismissal of the complaint will 
serve the public interest by eliminating the expenditure of 
further time and resources by the parties and this Com­
mission. 
4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 
4 (i) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 
U.S.C. § 154 (i), and authority delegated by Sections 0.91 
and 0.291 of the Commission's Rules, 47 C.F.R. §§0.91, 
0.291, that the complaint filed py Warner Cable Commu­
nications Inc., IS DISMISSED and this proceeding IS 
TERMINATED.
