DA 94-11 Federal Communications Commission Record 9 FCC Red No. 2 Before the Federal Communications Commission Washington, D.C. 20554 FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION CC Docket No. 93-129 In the Matter of 800 Data Base Access Tariffs and the 800 Service Management System Tariff Gregory J. Vogt Chief, Tariff Division Common Carrier Bureau ORDER Adopted: January 3,1994 Released: January 4, 1994 By the Chief, Tariff Division. Common Carrier Bureau 1. On July 19, 1993 the Bureau released an Order,' des ignating issues in our investigation of the 800 data base access tariffs. That order set deadlines by which oppositions to the local exchange carriers' (LECs) direct cases had to be filed. On August 5, October 18 and November 30, 1993. the Tariff Division released orders, each of which extended the time for filing pleadings responding to the LECs' direct cases. Currently, replies are due on January 5, 1994 and rebuttals are due on January 20, 1994. On December 28, 1993, the Ad Hoc Telecommunications Users Committee (petitioner) filed a motion to extend the time, until March IS, 1993 (sic), to file its pleadings responding to the LEC direct cases. 2. Several LECs have filed petitions for waiver of the cost disclosure requirements of paragraph 29 of the Designation Order. ~ Petitioners contend that this extension is necessary to allow the LECs to file, and the commenters to comment on, revised cost support if the Commission denies the LEC petitions for waiver. 3. The Division has reviewed petitioners' request for extension of time and has determined that good cause has been shown to grant an extension to all parties. Therefore, pleadings responding to the direct cases will now be due on February 15, 1994. Rebuttals to oppositions or comments will be due on February 28, 1994. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the petition for extension of time filed by Ad Hoc Telecommunications Users Committee IS GRANTED, to extend the deadlines for all parties in this proceeding to file pleadings respond ing to direct cases, and replies, as specified in paragraph 3 of this Order. 1 800 Data Base Access Tariffs and the 800 Service Management System Tariff, Order Designating Issues for Investigation.
