DA 95-2285 Before the FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Washington, D.C. 20554 In the Matter of Petition of Ameritech Communications Inc. for a Partial Waiver ) ) ) ) ) ) CWD-95-14 of Section 22.903 of the Commission's Rules ORDER Adopted: November 3, 19~5 Released: November 3, 1995 By the Chief, Commercial Wireless Division: 1. On November 2, 1995, Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company ("CBT") filed a Motion For Extension Of Time To File Comments pursuant to Section 1.46 of the Commission's rules regarding the time for filing Comments in the above-entitled proceeding. Comments must be filed on or before November 6, 1995.1 CBT requests that the Commission grant CBT until November 9, 1995, to file its Comments in this proceeding. 2. On October 11, 1995, Ameritech Communications, Inc. (" ACI") filed a Petition for Limited Waiver in the above-captioned proceeding. CBT asserts that it needs more time to respond to the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau's Public Notice inviting interested parties to file comments on ACI' s petition. In light of the requested extension, we agree that the public interest would be served by granted all parties an extension of the comment date until on or before November 9, 1995. We believe the additional three days to file comments are warranted and we have determined that the delay resulting from this extension will not be so significant as to affect t:Q.e Commission's ability to render a timely decision with regard to Ameritech' s petition. 4. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Section 1.46 of the Commission's rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.46, that all interested parties are granted until November 9, 1995, to file Comments in the instant proceeding.
